Welcome to Udhampur
Udhampur is a district of one of the states of India called Jammu and Kashmir. This city was named after Raja Udham Singh. It is the second-largest city of the Jammu region and the fourth-largest city in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The major languages spoken in the district are Dogri, Hindi, Urdu, and Gojri. The major tourist attractions in Udhampur city include Gole Market, Devika Ghats, Jakhani Park, Ramnagar chowk (Pandav mandir and Kachalu), Salain Talab, and the Main Bazar. Few famous the historical places and monuments in Udhampur are the Babore Temples, Kiramchi (Krimchi) Temples, Sheesh Mahal of Ramnagar, Ramnagar Fort, Shankari devtaa mandir in pancheri, shrines of Chountra Devi and Pingla Devi. Tourist spots include Patnitop, Sanasar, and Latti.

Instead of all this the Independence Day and Republic Day are also celebrated with great enthusiasm.
